Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

- Minor variations in appearance may occur due to the handmade and customized nature of some products and are not considered defects.
- Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
- Kindaura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
