Shipping Policy

Kindaura currently ships worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are processed quickly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Kindaura’s control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear or may not update until the package reaches the destination country.

Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including the street name, building or apartment number, city, state or province, postal code, and phone number.

Kindaura is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Customs and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier fees charged by their country unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect it, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Any approved refund will cover the product cost only.
